These Scheduling Policies govern the Services provided by Cee In Colour and by booking an appointment, you accept these Scheduling Policies.
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final bill, with the remaining balance due at the time of service.
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling with sufficient notice ensures your deposit will be applied to the new appointment date with no additional fees.
Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and require a new deposit to book again.
Please be punctual; late arrival may affect the length of your appointment. Being more than 20 minutes late will be treated as a no-show of your appointment and you may be refused service.
